Red cessette wont fit on wheel?

Hey squad.

Just went to put a red cassette on a set of Reynolds wheels that previously had a shimano cassette on. Since the red cassette has the splines closest to the center of the wheel, I'm having some trouble getting it to slide on due, I'm assuming to the burrs on the aluminum freehub?

Wondering if its ok to "deburr" this with a dremel or something? I could probably just use a regular file... but I don't have one on hand...

just wondering if there's a proper way to do it or not...

input?

Scratch that... I had to do some creative searching and found that you can simply file down the burrs.

Feel free to post any "forewarnings" otherwise... PIECEOUT!
