Servicing Spinergy Rev X wheels

I was given a set of Spinergy Rev X wheels three years ago and have never done anything to them besides adjust the cones to fit my bicycle. I'm a relative novice when it comes to bicycle repair and maintenance but I have done most of the minor repairs/maintenance to my bike -- cables & housings, new chain, upgrade to STI from downtube shifters, new seat, and a few other odds & ends. I also can't really afford to take my bike to a LBS for service. What is required for maintenance on my Spinergy wheels and is it something a novice should try?
