Are Raleigh frames marked anywhere to indicate what size they are?
I have a shot at a nice frame and fork, but the owner does not know the size and I can't tell either without tires and wheels on it.

Measure the seat tube from the centerline of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube.
GO BIG RED
If the owner has a tape measure or yardstick, measure from the crank spindle (or center of bottom bracket) up to the middle of the top tube/ seat tube junction. That's how traditional frames are measured. What year frame is it. Is it a traditional type frame or a sloping top tube style.

It's a 2003 sc40 hybrid (slope). Please, before y'all start calling it crap, I'm a Clyde looking for a solid Rails-to-trails rider for fitness. This bike got very good reviews as a solid well made frame. And I can get it for almost nothing but gas to go get it. I'm a fat old cranky bast*rd looking for comfort, not land speed records!!!! LOL
And thank you very much for the amazingly fast responses y'all.
