Handlebar Help

Hey guys, so i was doing work on an older Schwinn frame today and when i went to ride the handlebars popped off. I then realized that i had an expander wedged at the bottom of the handlebar stem but no bolt for it at all! Its an older frame from the seventies, but can i find just a new bolt to slip in there anywhere? or do i have to get new handlebars? thanks

Bikes: Trek 1000, two mtbs and working on a fixie for commuting.

You can get a new bolt. Go to you LBS and they might have some lying around that they might just give you.
