Rolf Vector Wheels

I was replacing the bearings on my Rolf Vector rear wheel and on the non-drive side I could only get 8 bearings. There was nine on the drive side. I'm using 1/4 bearings is this the correct size? or is 8 the right number. I know I should have counted the old ones but I thought all rear wheels had nine, live and learn I guess. Thanks

Rule of thumb is to put in as many as can fit then remove one. It is not uncommon for one side to have more bearings than the other. I can't comment on if you are using the correct size however. Did you not save the old ones to compare?
