shallow and short reach dropbars?
i'm thinking of getting this https://www.ebikestop.com/dimension__...bar-HB9043.php

but hows the flat top of the bar feel like? is it comfortable? is there any other recommendations?

Never tried this one.
I switched to FSA Omega Compact 6 months ago, very happy with it.
Matter of fact, just built a cross bike last week, and put the same model bar on as well.
