Sticky Shimano 600 Dual Pivot Brakes

I noticed last night that my front brake is sticky - it does not return back to the original position when you release the lever. I removed the brake and tried to adjust but I can't seem to get this "stickiness" out of it? Help!

Probably a corroded cable. Replace.
