Kestrel bottom bracket + loctite?

Hello, first post here. I've searched and can't find an answer to this one. I have an older Kestrel frame that I plan on building up. I have a Phil Wood bottom bracket that I would like to install. The Phil Wood design with an adjustable chainline requires loctite to secure the outer cups (or at least that's what they say). On the other hand, Kestrel says not to use loctite as the BB shell is bonded in place and removal of the BB may cause the shell to come loose. Has anyone out there either: a) installed a Phil Wood BB in a Kestrel or b) sucessfully used loctite on a Kestrel BB? Maybe I should steer clear of the Phil Wood BB but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks in advance.
