Multiple shifting method? Possible?

I bought a Trek w/ clip-on aerobars, that have the shifters attached to the end of them. They are great for riding on an open road. When I'm in town (I currently live in Korea, lots of crazy ass drivers) I prefer to have my hands near the brakes, which makes shifting a pain. Is there a way to put on brake lever/shifters and still have the bar end shifters usable? Thanks.
