Back in the Saddle after loooong absence
Ok folks first Howdee, I just getting back into Riding , I think 1981 or so prolly the last time I was on a Bicycle for any length of time, got in Motorcycles.........
Had a Gorgeous Metallic Green Royce Union with matching Banana Seat and Sky High Sissy Bar also with a matching Green backpad.Never really liked Road Bikes and 10 Speeds etc. I'm Vertically challenged so the Royce Union suited me perfect. Picked up a Nice Castoff LowRider on Ebay cheap, in like new condition reasonably. Just took the beastie for a ride noticed seat too low and raised it. She's got 20" 140 Spoke Rims on her with the Low Rider name in raised letters on the side.
To FINALLY get to my question :-) If I run out of Seat Post can I replace the Front Tire/Rim with a 24 or 26 one? The Front I can change rear 20" is far as she go without changing frame or cutting and welding. What Pro's and Cons are there to throwing Larger(Taller) Front Tire on?
Rode a whopping 4 blocks and was huffing like a steam engine...need to build up too.
