Broken SRAM shift lever

I just came back from a ride where my SRAM rival shift lever just broke clean off. The lever itself is intact but the part it attaches to (has a couple springs and stuff) is broken off from the "axle" inside the shifter. Can I get spare parts for SRAM rival shifters or am I f***ed and need to buy a new outrageously expensive shifter?

You can get parts for SRAM road shifters, and they're pretty easy to replace. Here's the relevant info from SRAM:

I actually already checked the spare parts catalog, but the part that it broken is not listed on the catalog. Actually none of the "inside" parts of the shifters are listed. Just stuff like brake lever and bolts, shift lever and bolts etc.

I would give SRAM a call and see what they can do, I know in the US we can get the important internal bits direct from SRAM.
