Nitto M12 rack w/Paul Comp cantis

Does someone make special hardware to mount the Nitto M12 to a bike with Paul brakes? I don't want to downgrade my brakes just for a rack. Any ideas????
Thanks.

Due to the Paul proprietary hardware the VO bolts won't work. Thanks though.
