Need help identifying clipless pedals.

Bikes: K2 mod 4.0 with full ultegra, fizik airone saddle, Mavik Ksyrium SL wheels, Redline conquest, carbon post, bars&stem, MF carbon deep dish wheels, Fuji Mt. Fuji (getting a Dos niner or Paragon, or a superfly)
Need help identifying clipless pedals.
These came with a bike I got last year, i put my eggbeaters on right away and never even looked at these. We going through some old stuff and found these. I have never seen pedals like these before. I got Shimano's to fit in them but it just didnt seem right. does any one know what these are or what they are compatible with? I'd like to sell them (i know they probably are not worth much but any $ is good $) because $ is tight and my 29'er likes to kill tires and need to help fund my addiction to pedaling. Thanks for any help!
