Front Derailleur Hanger

UPDATE below

I have a Specialized Roubaix pro, that has a slightly bent (cant even tell by looking at it), but its enough that the gap to the big chain ring is 1/4 inch in the front and at the back of the derailleur is hitting the chain ring.
When i bought the frame-set I took my bike to a LBS to have him install the derailleurs and make all necessary adjustments. where I am at fault is when i provided the FD, I did not have the FD washer for the hex bolt. by tightening the bolt down without the washer it bent the hanger a little. my fault i did not provide the washer but im pissed cause he should not have installed it without it.
I never noticed it because is shifted flawlessly with a compact crankset. now that i upgraded to a standard i can tell the hanger is damaged.

can you replace a FD bracket on a carbon bike? or do i have to bend it back?

the pictures dont look like its hitting the chainrings but they are when i add some tension to the cable.

You can bend it back, but I'd like to see a photo of the whole derailleur and hanger first. Something doesn't look right there. The cage appears to be fine, but the parallelogram looks skewed.
And if a "mechanic" installed your front derailleur without a washer, it's not your fault for not providing it. It's the mechanic's fault for being clueless. The shop that screwed your bike up should be the ones repairing this at no cost to you. They owe you an apology too.

Although I agree with TMc, depending on how good the LBS is at customer service, they may/may not help. I would at least take it in and have a Manager look at it, and see if he will get it fixed for you.

Uhm.... can you not just lower the FD to its requisite height? Am I missing something?

The rear of the cage is contacting the teeth of the large ring.

The cage needs to be as close to concentric to the ring as possible. At the very least the front part of the derailleur cage where the shifting actually takes place. All derailleurs spec that the hanger brazeon be parrallel to the seattube for this very reason.

Thank you all for your comments.
UPDATE
I took it to the LBS and he said he could do nothing about it, so I took my bike down to Pulse Endurance in Chula Vista, where i bought the frame. The Mechanic was very friendly and once we figured that the hanger was f-ed up and there was no quick fix, he called Specialized to see what they could do. Within 5 min he came back and said they would fix it for free. All i have to do is pay shipping. Considering the alternative, buying a new frame or hitting my hanger with a hammer, I am very pleased.
Disaster averted.
