One other note and not sure if it will make a difference.
The TruVativ ISIS BB Shell Width 68mm English is setup to a triple crank 30-42-52.

Anyway the BB is like shot (lots of play that developed in the last month. It has about 15k on it) unless someone tells me it probably just needs to be tightened. (not sure if it is a cartridge or non-adjustable)

What are my options on replacement?

Do I have to purchase another ISIS model?
Any specific length for a triple crank?

ISIS is just a cartridge. You should be able to yank it off the bike, get a new ISIS cartridge, install it, and use it with your existing crank.

You know it's 68mm english, which is all well and good, but we're not sure of spindle length here, so you'll want to find that out. Every BB I've seen from Octalink (Shimano's closed standard of ISIS) is written on it. 68x113, 78x118, etc. If that's the case, just order a new one accordingly.

If you are looking to keep your crank, then as Roasted says, you will need to get another ISIS BB with the proper spindle length. If you are looking to change cranks, then you can get whatever crank will work on a 68mm English BB shell, including the newer style external bearing BB cranks. It is up to you--how much do you want to spend for this? A new ISIS BB would be the least expensive, but if you think it is wearing out too quickly, it might make sense to 'upgrade' to another setup.

This bike (hopefully) only remains my main bike for another month until my other one is ready (used but new to me Trek 5500).
So yeah looking to keep the current triple 30-42-52 crank.

Without removing the BB, is there a way to confirm the "spindle length". Is it as easy as measuring with a ruler? (would I have to remove the crank or chainrings?)
Or can I just assume 113mm (Roasted mentioned that the 68 seems to be mated with a 113 length)

With the cranks removed, measure end-to end on the spindle. Calipers are good, but if you have a metric tape measure and a good 'eye', you can get a good idea of which length it is.

A road triple will need a 68 x118mm spindle. 108 is for road doubles and 113 is used on MTB triples.

If you are asking about the BB, I am not sure which specific TruVativ BB model it is other than what is listed in bikepedia.
The bike is a 2005 LeMond Triple. (Bpedia doesn't show 2005 having a triple option, but the 2004 model does. That year mentions Bottom Bracket Cartridge, 118.5mm spindle w/68mm English)

Thank you and everyone for the confirmation and clarification as to the length. I am pretty confident from the posts and the additional research that it's a 118mm.

I meant what type of crank. I have a truvativ elita road triple i just put in that is 118 which is why I was asking. I had to research the spindle size and when I found it I noticed that basically all of Truvativs road triple cranks were 118

Ahh. It's a Bontrager but no idea of the model other than it's a triple 30-42-52. (I didn't see any markings referencing a specific model on the crank arms)

You just need a direct replacement for your current BB. Researching anything is a waste of time. Pull the BB, measure it and purchase replacement.
