Thinking about picking up a used fork

Currently I have a 1" treaded fork on my raleigh. There's a 1 1/8" fork on craigslist that I am thinking of picking up.

If I get this fork, does that mean I have to change headsets? what else would I have to do?
If there's too much work involved I would rather not buy it...

Sorry, you can't put a 1-1/8" fork into a frame made for a 1" fork. It isn't just the headset, it's that the diameter of the headtube of the frame itself is too small to accommodate the larger steerer.
