Dura Ace 7900 Hubs and 9 speed cassette?

I know that 7800 hubs are not compatible with 9 speed cassettes but can anyone confirm if 7900 hubs are 9 speed compatible? I've looked around and found some conflicting info.

I haven't done it personally but everything I read indicates that they are compatible. Who says they aren't.

Some retailer on eBay, has it as 8 and 10 speed compatible, but it could be a typo I guess, thanks.

they are.

the only hubs from shimano that are 10sp specific are FH-7800 and FH-7801.
there were also a some ultegra and DA wheels that were 10sp specific, but they weren't sold as individual parts.
FH-7850 and FH-7900 can be used with 8/9/10sp cassettes.
