Help with correct bash guard size

I wanna get myself bash guard but im curious about correct size.

Just done a bit of googling and it looks like you need the 104mm - silver or black

Why can't you measure the outer sprocket and tell?

Actually I never thought about that

Just did and it's about 105mm
