Removing graphics

I have recently purchased a 2010 Felt Z6 with a carbon frame and was wondering if the stickers can be removed or have they been clear coated over. Not a big fan of the red stripes.

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I'd bet a lot the decals and graphics are under the clearcoat. A close inspection of the frame should tell you.
