Replacing Tube/Removing Rear Wheel Tire
So I found an rusty, cheap bicycle in my parents' garage and decided to clean it up a bit and get it running just to ride around some during the summer.
I've taken off the stickers, and cleaned off some of the grime (still have to get some degreaser and lube, any recommendations ?), and finally bought a new tube since the one on it is popped.
However, I can't seem to figure out to remove the rear wheel for my life to replace the tube. It's a NEXT brand MTB (cheap cheap cheap, I know - my parents don't know any better).
I've looked up several tutorials, but I can't seem to remove the noodle (I hope I'm using correct terminology) in order to release the breaks for me to remove the wheel.
My bike also doesn't seem to have a quick-release, so I'm assuming I use those two nuts on each side of the tire to remove it?
I really am sorry for my lack of education. However, I have provided plenty of photos (link below), so I hope that will make up for my crap explanation.

Thank you all so much for any help you can give me.

Basically all you do is push the left brake arm against the rim while pulling back at the noodle and it should come right out. But if the brake wire is adjusted too tight, you won't get the slack needed to unhook the noodle. If there is a barrel adjuster up by the lever, try turning it all the way in first. Otherwise you'll have to loosen the anchor bolt for the cable by the brake arm, let maybe 1/4" cable out, do the anchor bolt up again and then be able to unhook the noodle.
