pedal feedback?
Do older rear suspension designs (single pivot?) really have this, and if so how much of an problem is it?
Thanks, X-ZEN

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.
I assume you are talking about bio-paceing. Many of the older rear suspension designs had a disconcerting tendency to "bob" as you pedal, particularly if you tried to pedal while standing. My son used to own a Gary Fisher Joshua that I found almost impossible to ride while standing on the pedals. To ride up steeper hills I used to slide as far forward on the seat as I could while still keeping some weight on the nose of the saddle. Many of the newer rear suspension designs do a much better job of uncoupling pedal forces from suspension inputs.
