Somebody want to check my math on this?
Got a 24-spoke wheel I want to build. I am thinking about 2-leading 2-trailing 2-cross. So, 2l+2t, x2 (for both sides)= 8 spokes, and this should give me the same trefoil pattern as a 36h 3L3T 3x. Right?
It's for a his-n-hers build; Rolf hub, Alex v-section rim; his will be 36 spokes, hers 24. She's just a bitty little thing but he's a pretty big fella. They wanted a little bling without painting their bikes to look like Amazonian tree frogs.
