Replacing Mechanical Brake Caliper

HI!
ok, my bike came with a pair of Tektro IO mechanical disk brakes, 180mm front and 160mm rear, however the allen key for adjusting the brake became stripped after just a few adjustments. now the front brakes make constant contact with the rotor, not bad, just enough to be annoying. I can adjust one side of the brake, but not the other.
My question is simple. I want to replace the caliper with the same unit just to keep things simple, so the front and back match, making it easier to order replacement parts...
I cant find the caliper by itself so i have to get the kit with the rotor. My question is will this part work though it comes with a 160mm rotor and my existing rotor is 180mm?

or.....should i just get a different system for my front brake since the Tektro IO are so cheap? can i use my existing tektro io rotor with a different caliper?

like this one?

thanks in advanced!

ISO tabs , same adapter is matched with a larger disc on the front,

same disc both wheels say a 160 , front adapter is the 140 type.

just continue using the existing discs, now you have a spare.
