Square Taper Conversion to ISIS BB

Can anyone tell me if the following info from my current square taper bottom bracket translates to info needed for a conversion to a ISIS BB and crank arm set up?
My info:
CH-55-68
113.5L
BC 1.37 x 24T
Bike is a 02 Giant Cypress SX, I know the bottom bracket width is 68mm. I only run the largest chain ring on the crank set, I have removed the other two along with the front derailleur.

Thanks,

Thanks,
'English' BB = 68mm, 1.37 x 24 threading
113.5 is spindle length
assuming roadie - BB spindle length depends on whether you choose a Double (107/108mm) or Triple (117-119mm thereabouts) and what the crankmaker spec's, or 113 if you stay with an mtb spec'd crankset

Edit: you'll prolly be best to use a 2 or 3 mm spacer between the driveside cup and the BB face, if you go 'road' triple - depending how the chainline sorts out...

You'll have to change the bottom bracket AND cranks if you want to switch to ISIS. The new cranks will determine what BB specs you need.

I follow that so far.
Here is the info for the crank set I am considering:
  • Length L175mm
  • PC/32/22 - PC/36/24
  • BCD - 104/64mm
  • Chainline - 48mm (118mm BB)
It is a FSA Gravity Maximus
