Bleeder Port Screw Stuck

I had my 2 year old avid hydraulic brakes serviced recently, but the bike shop said they could not loosen the T10 bleed port screw... does anyone have a recommendation to get it loose? It doesn't look very rusted.

Nevermind.. got it off with dremel/flat head impactor method
