What is the brand and model of the bike? What does the text on the side of the caliper say?
Based on appearance alone, I'd say it could be one of these:
https://www.niagaracycle.com/product_...ducts_id=10038
https://www.niagaracycle.com/product_...ducts_id=10039
However, the shape isn't exactly the same. Yours has a larger radius across the top and more squared off sides. These appear to have a full radius across the top. More info is needed to say exactly what you need.

That looks like a Quad (QMD-5) brake pad. You can get the 3rd party ones, they work just as well.

All I can find is "assess" on the side of this caliper. I looked at quad QMD-5 before, I am not sure if it will fit to this caliper. I will measure the pads soon

Nothing at all on the bike frame? Most manufacturers have websites and list the equipment used to build the bike. If we know the bike model, finding the disc brake type should be fairly easy.

Contact the manufacturer for info on pads: https://assess-hubs.com/home.html
The brakes look old and cheap, how well do they work ?

Well actually this caliper didn't come with this bike. I just add this old brake on.
cobba - thanks for the link! With the old pads, not as strong as avid's (in front) maybe because of bad pads?
