Matching these components
Over successive years I've built up a load of spares, and could build a half decent spare bike, which I may even give to a friend. However, not sure if the gearing will go together. Can someone confirm?
Crank: Shimano FC-M440 22/32/44T
Shifter: Shimano ST-M570 9 speed
Front MEch: Shimano FD-M511 9 speed
Cassette: CS-HG70-9 9 speed 12-23T
Rear Mech: RD-M510 11-32T
I know the cassette is a road one, but I read somewhere this isn't a major issue. I know it won't be perfect, but will it work? I mean the range doesn't match either.
Cheers

No biggie, dude. Rear derailleur cage is just longer than necessary.
Oh, also it'll sit a fair way south of the sprockets in the lower gears; wind the B-screw all the way out, otherwise shifting might be a bit sluggish.
