Sorry, you are quite wrong about the phillips. You need to look at the pattern not the number of blades/slots. Try the phillips in the torx bolt, all four of the phillips blades fit into a slot, don't worry about the two extra slots, but once again, using the right size helps.
Did you try the allen, or will you just reach for the hammer?
