BB30 and MegaEXO?

Are the axles on BB30 cranks completely different size than MegaEXO cranks or is it just the Bottom Bracket? ie. if I get a FSA BB30 crankset, can I just throw a MegaEXO BB on it?

No- different spindle sizes. MegaExo is 24, BB30 is 30mm. To use BB30 you need a frame with bottom bracket sized to accept BB30 bearings.
