Nuvinci N360 troubleshooting.

Hi,

I have run into problems setting up the wheel. I have religiously all the instructions from the technical manual. I have tried all the ways but the hub doesn't shift to underdrive at all. I'm trying to check if any one had run into similar problem. I think I'm missing something very crucial here.

1. Is the hub securely mounted in the frame (i.e., anti-spin tab in the slot)?

2. You may have the hub in some odd initial state. If so, you'll have to invest the time to learn and thoroughly understand how the shifting mechanism actually works (esp. how it must interact with the opposing cables).

3. NuVinci support is generally good. There is a forum.

hi,

@ f18: Thanks for your reply.

The support from Nuvinci is very prompt and good. The problem was that the shifter was put in over drive little tightly. After a short ride it loosened up and started shifting.
