Can't believe I'm asking this...
Okay so first off I want say that this is my second post ever, and I still kinda have no Idea where I should be posting this.
Anyway, recently, like just a couple days ago, I purchased an old Motobecane "Nomade".
Yeah, I know it's low end or whatever, but I'm a short dude and was glad to find a road bike that'd fit me.
Also it was in great shape, other than the tires. I was surprised at how much heavier my "from the box" SE Draft is than this thing though, it's kinda sad actually.
Okay, so to the real reason I'm posting this, kind of embarrassing actually;
I want to replace the handlebars, there's nothin' wrong with 'em, but I wanted to get these https://www.amazon.com/Nashbar-Mousta...pr_product_top
And I can't manage to figure out what size I'd need to order, or if they'd even fit???
Google is the only reason I know anything, and even that didn't help me.
So yeah my question is whether these handlebars would fit or how to find out if they would.
Oh, my bike is a 77? or 75? (big help, I know)

Handlebars are spec'd. by the clamp diameter. The common sizes are 1" (25.4mm) common on stems from Japan and Taiwan, 26mm, the currently most common size used on European road bikes, and 31.8mm which is the newest size which was introduced with carbon bars.
Measure your bars right where they emerge from the clamp, or post the brand of the stem here, and someone will advise. Best bet, do both and one will confirm the other.

So I looked at my stem and it says "SR". Dunno if that helps any. I'm gonna measure it as well, as soon as I can locate a measuring apparatus.

Also I think the sizing options on that amazon page we're kinda screwin' me up too, but looking at the description confirms that the bars are "Made of good ole' steel with a 25.4mm clamp area"

Yes, and 99.9% (if not all) SR stems would have a 1" clamp diameter, so now you're good to go.

Your bike is old enough to possibly have the French bar clamp diameter of 25mm. If so then take care. Some stems can handle a slight (0.4mm possible) difference in clamp sizes. Others can't. Can you post a photo of your current stem and bar up close? Andy.

See post 4. The OP says it's n SR stem. To my knowledge SR never made French diameter stems.
