Probably not. Your headset is an integrated headset which is different. Look here for information on parts and conversions.

From the info supplied by the OP via the photos, the OP is based in the UK, for the headset, it looks like a ZS rather than an IS, and it's only fit for scrap due to the amount of corrosion. For home fixing, this requires specialist tools to remove the headset & re-fit, would expect to pay £20 for the work + cost of parts, the cost of buying the tools would be far in excess of the cost to get a LBS to fit unless you are planning to do the job regularly,
