Replacement parts for Campagnolo Athena 11 shifter?

I had a crash this weekend, and broke my right brifter, Campy Athena 11 Powershift. It seems to be just the forward housing piece, by which I mean the levers are intact and the unit is still attached to the bars.

Are these shifters rebuildable? Or, is it best just to replace whole unit?

Thanks for any insights.

It may be repairable .. But IDK since I dont own one branford bike is said to be the small parts seller .

Campagnolo Ergo Lever Parts (1998-2008) - Branford Bike - Seattle/Bellevue - Campagnolo Pro Shop..

The either/ or is your pick .. IDK why this site crowd sources decisions so much .

I've seen various shifter parts on Ebay. Worth a look at least.

The newer Campy model shifters, apparently, are not as fully rebuildable as they used to be, which kinda explains why I was having difficulty finding info. Currently, they offer the complete shifter as a pair for Athena, but Chorus individually as complete shifter or shifter less the brake blade/lever.

I've decided to take the opportunity to upgrade to Chorus.

No.

Campagnolo sells replacement shift units for ~$90 including everything except brake blade, hood, and mounting hardware.

That said it's often more reasonable to buy a pair of shifters from your favorite UK source which include cables and hoods which you'll be replacing eventually.

$170 from Ribble - $50 cables - $30 hoods = the same $90 but you get brake levers and the other shifter.

Although Campag don't supply all the spares for these shifters loose (as you rightly say, it's complete bodies only from the factory), we do frag complete bodies for spares all the time, so generally we have all spares for both UltraShift and PowerShift.

It sounds like you are sorted this time, but something that you might want to salt away for future reference.
