Lots of shops have a box of misc. Profile parts seeing that the brand has been the number 1 player for so long and many riders screw them up or want them off their bike. In fact at one time Profile sold a spare parts box of clamps and hardware.

It is possible that one could drill out and tap to a larger bolt size or maybe a longer same size bolt with locktite would hold. But as this is directly effecting one's steering and balance I suggest replacing the offending clamp part, and learning how to work the bolts more carefully in the future. Andy.

This is a common problem with Profile bars because many of the holes were not threaded deeply enough for the screws.
You can use a slightly larger drill bit and tap and matching slightly larger screws. If the old threads are not chewed up too much you may be able to use a tap of the original size and chase the threads and drill them a bit deeper.
I've had to fix several of these.
