Unsure on what type of crank

So I recently picked up a frame

BB - 1-1/8" Semi Integrated threadless Headset, 68mm English

I'm sort of confused on what type of crank to be looking for for this.

does megaexo fit this?

It's describing a standard (nearly universal) 68mm wide, English-threaded bottom bracket shell. This MegaExo bottom bracket: Universal Cycles -- FSA BB-6000 MegaExo Bottom Bracket will fit.

1-1/8" Semi Integrated threadless Headset, has nothing to do with the Bottom Bracket; as noted in your description, it describes the headset.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

The headset has nothing to do with the BB for nearly any bike with 1 1/8th threadless headset a standard 68mm ISO BB will work the actual type and length BB needed will depend on the crank you chose. Hard to give more advise since your crank choices are nearly limitless. Your Ideal crank choice will depend on gearing SS/FG vintage or modern, geared which could be anything from 5 speed classic to a modern 8/9/10 with triple front.

Bikes: 2008 Novara Randonee - love it. Previous bikes:Motobecane Mirage, 1972 Moto Grand Jubilee (my fave), Jackson Rake 16, 1983 C'dale ST500.

BB/spindle and crank have to be compatible, but then you would know that, and that the headset has nothing to do with the BB, and that it's important with external BB that the BB shell be square, and that you need to match the chainline to the rear, if you had a reason to build a bike from scratch other than you want to.
