Help with converting fixed gear

I'm looking to convert this fixed gear to a drive-train for a Clyde.
It will be used on fairly level, paved trails this winter.
Will you help me figure what drive-train to get and parts needed to make this conversion on a 02' Redline Monocog.
I plan to add studded tires when the forecast calls for snow.

Yes we do have a copious supply of LBS here in Good Ol' Saint Paul.
I was hoping to sound somewhat intelligent when asking them
to work on the bike. Hence my OP.
Unfortunately, at this time, my expertise in all things bicycles,
does not afford me the ability to communicate as well as I'd like.
I'm not sure what your question on "understanding your lingo" means.

Drive train usually refers to crankset, chain, cassette/freewheel/sprocket. To a lesser degree derailers and shifters. While Clydes regularly need to pay special attention to wheels, drivetrains usually do OK in standard configuration. So what is it that you want to do?
Turn a fixie into a single-speed?
Or into a geared bike?
Or are you experiencing any problems with the current drivetrain?

Probably the easiest conversion would be to replace the rear wheel with an internally geared hub (3, 5, or 8 speed) wheel.

IDK what you want to do. do you?

IGH More gears, freewheel, different cog, a lower gear but still fixed?

New wheels with drum brakes? generator for lights?

Thank you all. After researching the cost of a IGH I decided to go with a free wheel which is about a fifth of the price to convert.
