73mm threadless bottom bracket

The bb shell on my Trek 7.2 fx bike has lost its threading. The guys at the shop I took it to said the shell has been distorted a bit too, so it cant be rethreaded. They told me I need a 73mm threadless bottom bracket to sort this out.
I have been looking online and ringing around local bike shops for the past 2 days and cant find one.

Does anyone know where I could get hold of a 73mm threadless bottom bracket? I think this is an american forum mainly and I am in the UK, so if you know of any international suppliers that would be great. I would prefer not to have to pay a huge postage fee!

If you need any additional info I'll try my best to answer.

Thanks

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I couldn't locate a 73 mm threadless bottom bracket either. Velo Orange sells a threadless bb they say will fit up to a 71 mm Raleigh bb shell so having your current shell faced down by 2 mm should let it work. I don't know if they will ship to the UK but if you have a US based friend they could order and reship it to you.

I assume that the shop knows about the use of Lockite and has tried this already. Andy.
