You should sit up straight and alternate between the front brain and the rear brain. Also, lose some weight, and I don't believe anything you say anyway.

reduce your salt intake, unless you're on a low sodium diet already. Then increase your salt intake, that is only if you're on a low fat diet, but not a low carb diet. If you're on a low carb diet, as they say in Ireland; yer fecked.
