Some nice videos/pics guys. I've never ridden in a park before, looks fun though. The only thing that bumms me out is that there isn't a spine at the one near my house and it's in the worst part of town, so it's normally a "druggie/dirty" hang out. haha I'll get some videos this year and post them up in a month or so (or whenever the snow melts) but I am really bad at doing tricks in general. I use to race motocross, so dirt jumping was basically easiest for me.

What part of PA are you from. You might be close to some pretty awesome sets of trails...

I live in Butler. It's 1/2 way up the on the western side of PA. I don't know of any nice trails or dirt tracks anywhere. Where are the "PA Woods"?

If by PA Woods you are refering to Catty and Posh they are around/close to Bethlehem, PA.
I'm not giving you directions on a public forum though. Send me some money or bike parts and i'll tell you. Speaking of Posh and Catty...i want to get up there this summer. Mude you down?

I think this thread is pretty dead and pointless nothing of any relavence get's posted in it...

I think it's time we let her go. The only important threads are the bike check one since lots of people like to put up bike checks and the new member thread. Who is with me?

practice.
just work on fakies alone, and then try to do them out of 180s.
practice some more.
report back when you got it.

I used to practice fakies out of curb endos!

A bankedish driveway helps too if you're too poor/lazy for the skatepark.

Haha I've been doing curb/washer endos in my basement to try to get my fakies back. Too bad my tires have absolutely no air in them and I'm too lazy to fill them up so my bike just goes all over the place. There is also less than 5 feet of room to do everything.

Curb endos are the best. I've been doing them alot lately when i'm at my house to practice those backwards to forwards turnaround manual things that people do.

I'm having difficulty getting my fakies back. It's so hard to lift my front in the air and turn it... maybe it has something to do with having no air in my tires and my headset being extremely loose.

I've got fakies and turnaroundthings on lock. I'm still working on those cool sliders. But what's really giving me a hard to is those turnarounds to manuals that people do that look awesome.

Gunz, for christs sake tighten your headset then. Thats how you crush bearings, crack cups and ovalize headtubes.

Yeah, sliders do look really cool. Watch some freecoaster users to try to figure it out. Those turnarounds to manuals are quite cool as well. Anyone know what the real name of it is?
