Always practice them facing a large brick wall, that way you don't have to walk far when you throw your bike.

I wish i could.

I would guess just hop as high as you can and throw your bars, don't forget to pinch your seat if you can.

Maybe learn half bars first?

The Drive Twin stem looks kind of like it, but the Elementary is the only one I know off the top of my head.
