can anyone help me with barspins (not flatland) it keeps hitting my foot when i try to spin it it never does this when i do it on the ground

pull up on the bike as for tricks bar turns on doubles are the eaisest tricks

hey i was wonder if anyone could help me with 360s whenever i do a 180 I always seem to land from wheel first so i cant pivot any help and i would be greatful

ahh the 360, (just for the note im learning them too)
-turn your head
-pull the bars up
-try to level out in the air
-lean back when you land (if your trying to pivot the rest of the way if you land at a 270 position...)





now someone help me!

whip your head to desired spin side
neck will follow head
chest follows neck
hips follow chest
legs and bike follow hips

basically its all hip rotation
