I watched the gold medal races. We're they even racing on dirt? The brown looked fake and parts of the track looked like astro turf. Or was it just really packed down? Is that the typical condition of a top level track?

I thought the races were fun to watch. I have not watch much bmx

Dirt berms would change the course as the days Motos went on . so the way it is (and was in London)
the course remains the same for all contestants.

My Town just has a Skate Bowl kids bring their BMX Bikes

Just have to use Plastic pedals and Pegs
to not gouge the concrete Bowl.
