Bikes: I own 1 custom bike, and i'm to lazy to list parts

If you realy WANT pegs(i personaly like pedal grind better) The Kink OGs are good and i think that they're only 30$ with some sorta warenty. If you want something cheaper than that the Odyssey J-peg looks good. I havn't ever used them before, but I 100%trust an Odyssey part.

Pegs are pegs, not something worth fixating on. The more important question is what you'll be using them for...knurled and aluminum for flatland, smooth and chromoly steel for street.

Personally I run Jpegs on my street bike, they're cheap, they hold up. Bada bing. 3 anti-roll holes, quality straight guage chromoly, not superlight but who cares? Leave pointless gram-grubbing up to roadies and people who can throw money away. My street bike weighs 31lbs. I'm stoked, don't care if it's lighter. It's strong and reliable without being overkill. Mission accomplished. Now, my road bike tips the scale at 19.1lbs and she's a pig, needs to go on a ******** diet. Different priorities and expectations for each of them.

One of these days I NEED to get around to upgrading the ghetto-ass steel noname flatland pegs on my Quamen to Sirencers, though. Those are teh_sex.

This is just mindless brand loyalty. Kink pegs are made out of the same 4130 everyone else uses.

Edit: I lied. Some companies (like Odyssey) use 4140. If you are able to tell the difference .1% more carbon in the steel actually makes, you are probably an energy dispersive x-ray spectroscope, not a human being.

I think what would be funny is if snazz actually bought an energy dispersive x-ray spectroscope, and looked at the steel that these pegs are made out of.

Do I need to remind you what a "Lifetime warranty" really is?

For the Kink OG Pegs warranty against grinding throught them, bending them, and or factory defect stuff.
And if any of this happens, then they send you new ones/replace the ones you have.

The cost and hassle of sending your pegs back exceeds the convenience of just buying new ones. Didn't you see 'Tommy Boy'? A warranty on anything worth less than 20 bucks is ********.

Yeah, I hate to repeat myself, but whose life? Not yours. The life of the product. Find the fine print, or do you think they're just going to replace them forever. By the way, the hassle of returning them would make the point moot indeed.
