Choosing a bike.

Help me choose among these:

1) Eastern Bikes Jane
2) Hoffman Disrupter PL
3) K2 Recon
4) Your choice $400-600

Thanks a lot, guys.

Bikes: 8 bikes - one for each day of the week!

I know the K2 is out, no question.

Bikes: Hoffman Disrupter

Tough decision. hoffmans are very good bikes, but so are Easterns. I'd go with the Eastern, I've ridden an Eastern Jane its a good bike.

DK four pack. or a rythm pl. unless you want front brakes then go with the disruptor.

I don't care about the front brakes. Disrupter seems a little more durable than Rythm (Rythm is lighter though, by .25 lb. ). Im talking about 2006 models here, so cassete hub and 30/11 gearing (OH YEAH!).

Why is K2 out?

I've looked at Specialized Fuse IV... I think I'm gonna get off, it's so hot. But $600 is more than Disrupter or Jane. What do you think?

So, which is it guys: Fuse IV 2006 or Distrupter PL1 2006?
And most importantly - why?
Thanks

The Fuse is most definitely the way to go. I'd explain, but I don't feel like doing that again.
