ya, i was putting together my sisters new Barbie bike and she has either a Mid or Spanish BB!!! i was like what!....this is weird...

does it have plastic cups? because my sisters did. it's kinda weird. i mean plastic cups?!

Considering the fact that plastic cups for an American BB are both lighter and easier to press in than metal cups, I don't see what's so odd about that. George French from G-Sport has been suggesting them for a while, for both the American and for his Yorkshire BB, and Macneil tested plastic cups for the American before stopping due to the fact that there's no real market for American BBs anymore; they also only recently discontinued making plastic cups for the Euro BB.
