You thinks your so big, using big words like stick and bash. If you want to get down to mental capacity, what you said wasn't sarcasm. Sarcasm is an ironic statement. What's ironic about "they have sticks up their asses." That's pretty straight forward. Also, you said "expect people" meaning plural so you should have said "people of your mental capacity", and left out the own meaning singular. The people who responded to you are being silly, it has nothing to do with their "mental capacity."

If you are talking about me, I couldn't imagine what you would be basing that on. I didnt' even mention bmx in my last post. And the whole poser thing is pretty old. You either ride or you dont. I've been riding for 5 years, there for I ride.

I'm probably 1/2 poser myself. I like to ride BMX. I don't do any trick to speak of. I used to do a pretty mean table top. But they don't seem to impresive anymore. I like to jump, but not too high. I don't ride with any other bmx'ers, other than my son. And it's a great way to spend time together. Plus he works with me one day a week. Anyway, in the category of "poser" I'd probly fit the bill in many eys around here. At least in the hardcore rider's eyes. But to the average guy, I like to think I can fit in. I'm not to proud to lose, and have fun doing it.

I was talking about my name being sarcastic, not what I said about people having sticks up their asses... I'm sorry for not clarifying. And Marcus, I think its smart to not spend alot of money if you're a beginner.

I've been riding for 5 years, there for I ride.
While we're criticising each other for pointless reasons, the word you were looking for would be therefore.

It's doesn't matter how much your bike is worth. The most expensive bike around won't make you a better rider either. Dedication is far more important than money spent. I won't ever win any races, because I don't have the time to practice as much as I should. But I still have fun, and that's what counts. If you're not having fun, go play with your Playstation. If you're having fun, it doesn't matter what you ride.

Yeah, because Odyssey Black Widow cranks are oh-so-nice, especially with even Odyssey employees recommending not to use them.

the kid that started the thread wasted money on a bike that belongs in the garbage. he's hardcore, he probably busts out insane tricks like peg wheelies or barturns of curbs

Actually, it's a multi-stage process involving several other metal coatings, nickel and brass if I recall correctly.

Yeah, but Queensrider is totally ghetto, so some of his homeboys may have some chrome paint.

There is actually a very convincing chrome paint available now, but i dont know how well it would hold up. I'm trying to get my night train chrome plated. They use nickel and copper.
