trick tips-barspins
can anyone help me out with doing barspins(not flatland). the wheel always hits my foot. but it doesnt do it when i do a flatland barspin..why??

Your feet are too far forward on the pedals? Pinch the seat with your legs/knees and lean back.

Make sure you have the proper TT length. A year or so ago I cracked my frame and the only thing I had to use was an old Haro frame that had a TT length of 19.5 I think. The only way I could do barpsins/x-ups is if I rotated my cransk a bit so my feet were almost up and down. SO, if you have the proper TT length I don't know what's goin on. PRACTICE!
