my dirt jumps are taller than me!

does anyone have any tip on building or jumping dirt jumps?

How about a pic of 'your jumps' first? Did you make 'your jumps'? How?

it was only me and two other mates
we have three jumps in a row and and 4th one is in progress!

our 4th jump is going 2 be made out of different dirt

all three jumps are just taller than me 1.80 metres

but what makes them even taller is the dippers inbetween

WTF are "dippers"?

I just made one where I stacked landscape timbers & then covered it with a foot of dirt.

dig out a dip between the landing and the takeoff dips below the ground making the jump taller and a dipper makes you keep your speed better.

So basically what you're saying is to make a weak little racer "double" that you can manual over.

Are you talking about a roller in front of a double?

you pedal up 2 the jump you jump the jump getting air you land on the down ramp and then you go down the dipper..................... then u go up the other side of the dip and you go into the air landing on another down ramp this is called more than one jump in a ROW

Are you trying to insinuate that the double in that picture is the only one in the set? It's not my fault that you can't just phrase your comments in plain English, without some sort of semi-******** jargon.

No, those trails are in the Hollywood Hills; my friend Tyler goes to school down there, so he rides them. The trails that I'm working on right now are much bigger than that.

I'm older, thus it's funny to me. '73 is when I started riding.

I started riding in 94-ish but since I was 5 I wasn't really serious about it..

Our dirtjumps on average are around a 30 foot gap.
