2 diff size mid bb?

the reason that they come in different sizes is for the different size spindles on your cranks.
Profile cranks have 19mm spindles...
and Primo cranks have 22mm spindles...
If you dont have either of those cranks you may want to search the internet for your size spindle or have a bike shop check for you...
Its not the size of the bearing itself, its the size of the hole that your spindle fits in...

The 19 vs. 22mm refers to the bottom bracket spindle size, ie. .THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE BEARING!!!
The outer diameter is the same.. meaning, if you use a 19mm spindle in a mid bb shell, your bearings will be bigger than if you use a 22mm spindle in a mid bb.
However, now that I've looked at the S&M website, they only show a 19mm spindle mid crank/bb set.
