Let me make sure that I understand your logic here. The product failed because it was slightly worn from where your chain hit it, and because you overtightened a bolt, causing it to snap and tweak a 5-cent spring?

The spring failed before and is the reason for me overtightening & snapping a bolt. The other spring gave up this weekend. It looks just like the other spring. I wont try to get it to work again (no same mistake 2x).

$0.05...NOT!

BMX isn't NASA. Stuff is cheap in price and quality, and things wear out. Then there's the issue of operator error. If you two want to continue your bickering, you'll have to PM each other, as this thread is now locked.
